Bockfest 2003
Once again, brewmaster David Waite of Lincoln Highway Brewing in Lisbon, IA and I headed north for the August Schell Bockfest in New Ulm! This year, we were joined by Cory O'Neel all the way from Colorado! Not much snow this year, and we only half-heartedly hunted Bock. The halfway-point barley wine break took hold and by the time we stumbled back to the brewery, all we wanted was more Bock beer and several rounds of Ring of Fire!
